Avocado and Strawberry Smoothie – serves 1

INGREDIENTS 

  • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1½ teaspoon natvia (natural sweetener)
  • Ice to serve

METHOD

  • Combine almond milk, avocado flesh, strawberries, cacao and natvia in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass with ice.
  • Enjoy
