Banana Oat and Cinnamon Smoothie (1-2 serves)
Bananas are great for making delicious smoothies. Use them as a base and add different ingredients for a quick and easy blended drink. Bananas are nutrient-rich containing fibre, antioxidants, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and manganese. Combining banana with oat and cinnamon is a lovely flavour combination! I hope you enjoy making and drinking this Banana Oat and Cinnamon Smoothie.
SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium banana
- 250 ml oat milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
METHOD
- Peel the banana and break into pieces and add to the blender. Then add oat milk, cinnamon and honey if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass.
